The Produce

Established in 2019, Farmer Cam’s Foods (FCF) produces nutritious microgreens, fresh greens and salad mix, and flavourful herbs, roots, and fruiting crops. The Skeena Valley Farmers Market is our main sales channel, and we also deliver to Skeena Valley Meats once a week during the season.

Here at Farmer Cam’s we produce a variety of fresh greens including arugula, spinach, mizuna, lettuce (green, red, romaine and butter), kale, bok choi, and chard. We also sell salad mix!

Carrots are one of our most popular root veggies, but we also grow salad turnips, radishes, potatoes, green onions, red and yellow onions, and beets.

We grow three varieties of microgreens; spicy radish, pea shoots, and sunflower, and sell these individually as well as in a mix. Microgreens are nutritious, delicious, and beautiful as a garnish or primary ingredient in salads, sandwiches, smoothies, stir fries, and more. At some times of year we also sell microgreen kits or run educational workshops for those interested in growing their own!
